Tomorrow needs to hurry

Finally after waiting for two months tomorrow we will know what we are going to have to do when it comes to our housing. The listing agent called to let us know they are closing today and that tomorrow our new owner will call to talk to us. Tomorrow could not come fast enough. I'm ready to know if we have a month to be moved out or if he will be kind and let us stay here month to month until August or September. I have a strong feeling that he is going to make us move out because we have learned over the years that no realtor is nice. We already know that they are going to raise our rent $200 since our rent has been the same for two years and we have the lowest rent payment on our street. Which is fine we knew that was coming no matter if they sold it or not. I hope they let us month to month because if not this is going to be one big mess for us....
