Super Easy No Bake Cookies

I grew up in a rural farm town in West Texas, and this recipe is known by everyone there. We all love it and never can get enough of it! It's so easy, and quick too!

Ingredients:
2 cups of sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup of butter
4 teaspoons of cocoa powder
1/2 cup Peanut Butter (crunchy and smooth are both awesome in it)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 3/4 cups of PLAIN Oatmeal

Instructions:

In a pot over medium/low heat melt butter into milk. Once melted add sugar and cocoa powder, mix together until sugar is completely melted and bring to a boil.

Once boiling lower heat to low or take off heat (both work so doesn't really matter just don't burn anything). While still hot add peanut butter and melt, then add the vanilla and mix well.

Once mixed together add the oatmeal and mix. DONE!

Now you can place on a plate, or my mom uses wax paper either work. Enjoy! They are the best while still hot, and although they are still great cold I like to warm them up for a few seconds in the microwave the next day :)
